The overhead production line is specially designed for new energy battery manufacturing. It adopts overhead conveying mode to realize continuous automatic production. The line includes winding blanking station, ultrasonic pre-welding station, preheating & hot pressing station, coating station, baking feeding station and secondary helium testing station. Each station completes corresponding process such as blanking, pre-welding, shaping, coating, baking and air tightness inspection, to guarantee battery product quality and production efficiency.
