Provide the best solution for your projectFlex Cable Bending Fixture is dedicated tooling for forming and bending FPC flexible cables. Precisely CNC-machined from anti-static aluminum alloy, synthetic stone or anti-static bakelite, it is equipped with positioning stops and forming cavities designed according to cable outline, bending positions and angles. During operation, flexible cables are accurately positioned and bent along the fixture to realize forming. It ensures consistent bending angle and position in every operation, prevents cable damage, cracks or conductor breakage, improves product consistency and production efficiency. It can be applied to semi-automatic jigs or automated stations. SOTAN provides custom fabrication based on customer product drawings.
