Provide the best solution for your projectLaser Depaneling Fixture is dedicated tooling for laser PCB depaneling machines. Precisely CNC-machined from synthetic stone, anti-static aluminum alloy and anti-static plates, it adopts positioning and supporting structures designed according to PCB panel outline and component layout. During operation, PCB panels are accurately positioned and fixed. It steadily supports circuit boards during laser cutting, absorbs cutting heat and reduces thermal stress to avoid board deformation, component cracking and surface burning. It improves cutting contour accuracy and reduces dust adhesion. Reusable and compatible with automatic laser depaneling equipment, SOTAN provides custom development based on customer PCB data.
