It is composed of aluminum profile frame, speed multiplier chain, drive unit, stopper, lifting transfer mechanism and electric control system. It conveys tooling pallets based on the speed increase principle of chains and rollers. It can realize buffering, positioning, pausing and station transfer of workpieces. With stable operation, it facilitates assembly and inspection at workstations and supports accumulation function for multi-station synchronous production. Widely used in automatic production lines such as server assembly and electronic module assembly, SOTAN provides non-standard customization according to workshop layout and cycle requirements.
