It is precisely CNC-machined from anti-static and high-temperature resistant materials such as synthetic stone and aluminum alloy, with cutouts and positioning features designed according to PCB outline and component layout. It carries thin and special-shaped PCBs into the reflow oven during production, effectively restraining thermal warpage and collapse of boards, protecting bottom-side components, achieving uniform heating, improving soldering yield, and supporting repeated use on automated production lines.
