Provide the best solution for your projectDepaneling Fixture is tooling for PCB depaneling processes. Precisely CNC-machined from synthetic stone, anti-static bakelite, aluminum alloy and other materials, it is made with positioning and supporting structures according to PCB outline and panel contour. During operation, PCB panels are positioned and fixed on the fixture. It supports circuit boards during router, laser or punch depaneling, relieves cutting stress, effectively reducing board bending, edge chipping and component cracking, protects on-board components, improves dimensional accuracy of separation and lowers scrap rate. Reusable and compatible with automatic depaneling equipment, SOTAN provides custom development based on customer PCB data.
