This overhead material conveying system adopts overhead hanging cages , roller conveyors , reciprocating elevators and four-way shuttles to automatically transport battery housing materials to each production workstation and realize unmanned handling.
It realizes cross-workshop overhead material transportation , automatically and accurately delivering materials from the depalletiz ing room to each production line workstation and saving floor space.
It replaces traditional manual transfer with higher efficiency , timeliness and accuracy in material feeding.
It supports on-demand material calling and buffer storage configuration , meeting the high PPM requirements of new energy production lines , maximizing timely raw material supply and avoiding line downtime.
It is the first domestic overhead conveying system for new energy industry. The customer takes this project as a template to plan the simultaneous launch of the same system in other production bases.
