Provide the best solution for your projectWave Soldering Fixture is special tooling for wave soldering process. It is precision CNC-machined from high-temperature resistant, low-deformation materials such as synthetic stone and anti-static aluminum alloy. Positioning grooves and shielding windows are designed according to PCB dimensions and component layout. It holds PCBs during wave soldering and shields components and areas that should not be wetted by molten solder to avoid tin immersion and thermal damage. It also fixes thin boards against thermal deformation and optimizes solder wave flow to reduce defects like bridging, cold solder joints and missing solder. Reusable and suitable for automated wave soldering lines, SOTAN provides custom design and fabrication based on customer PCB files.
