It consists of motion platform, positioning fixture, screwing module, pressing mechanism, visual inspection unit and electric control system. The equipment automatically completes mainboard positioning, component feeding, screw locking, crimping and other assembly processes. It precisely controls assembly tolerances and locking torque to avoid component offset, misassembly and board damage caused by excessive pressure, ensuring consistent assembly quality and lowering manual defect rate. It is suitable for assembly stations of server mainboards, industrial control mainboards and other electronic mainboards.
