Provide the best solution for your projectBalling Fixture is dedicated tooling for BGA ball mounting process. Precisely CNC-machined from aluminum alloy, synthetic stone and other materials, it is designed with positioning holes and stencil positioning structure according to BGA package size and ball array. During operation, it accurately locates BGA substrates and assists the precise placement of solder balls onto pads. It controls the position and quantity of solder balls, reduces defects such as missing, offset and extra balls, and ensures high precision and consistency of balling. Easy to operate and reusable, it fits BGA rework and chip packaging stations. SOTAN provides custom development based on customer BGA drawings.
