Provide the best solution for your projectWave Soldering Fixture is dedicated tooling for wave soldering processes. Precisely CNC-machined from high-temperature resistant and low-deformation materials such as synthetic stone and anti-static aluminum alloy, it is designed with cutouts and positioning structures based on PCB outline and component layout. During operation, it carries the PCB and shields components and areas that do not require soldering to prevent component tin immersion and thermal damage. It secures thin boards against deformation, guides smooth solder flow, and reduces defects such as bridging and cold solder joints. Reusable and compatible with automated wave soldering lines, SOTAN provides custom fabrication according to customers’ PCB data.
