Provide the best solution for your projectRGV Robot & Machine Tool Automatic Line is an automatic production line with RGV rail-guided vehicle as the core of material handling, combined with industrial robots, machine tools, loading/unloading jigs, positioning mechanisms and central control system. The RGV transports workpieces automatically between machine tool stations along pre-set tracks, while robots undertake loading, unloading and workpiece handling. The whole system automatically completes workpiece transportation, machining, unloading and material return. It reduces manual intervention, eliminates safety hazards from manual handling, improves machining consistency and equipment utilization rate. It can connect multiple machining centers and CNC lathes. SOTAN customizes overall line solutions according to workshop layout, workpiece specifications and production takt.
