Provide the best solution for your projectSMT Pallet is a dedicated carrier for the full SMT process. Precisely CNC-machined from anti-static, high-temperature resistant materials including synthetic stone and aluminum alloy, it is manufactured with positioning pockets according to PCB outline and component layout. It can be used in solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering and other processes. PCBs are accurately positioned on the pallet during production, which effectively prevents thermal warpage of thin and special-shaped boards, protects bottom components, ensures even heating, improves process accuracy and soldering yield. Reusable and suitable for automated production lines, SOTAN provides custom fabrication based on customer drawings.
