Monitor Production Line

The conveying system is composed of belt conveyor, double-speed chain, lifter and cross-line staircase for transporting monitors and tooling pallets. This integrated conveying system is designed for the automatic transportation of monitor products and matched tooling pallets throughout the production line. The belt conveyor is adopted for stable transfer of finished or semi-finished monitors with good shock absorption performance to avoid scratch and damage to the product surface. The double-speed chain serves as the main circulation line for tooling pallets, realizing continuous and efficient inline conveying and positioning of workpieces. The lifter handles vertical material transfer between different production floors or different line heights, connecting upper and lower process sections seamlessly. In addition, the cross-line staircase is installed as a safe pedestrian passage across the production line, allowing operators to move between work areas without interrupting equipment operation. By combining these modules, the system ensures smooth material flow, reduces manual handling work, improves production continuity and guarantees operational safety on site.
