The closed-loop conveying system adopts cyclic pallet circulation. It integrates speed multiplying conveyor, tooling pallet, stopper, U/P workstation, transfer machine, elevator, pallet stacker, AGV and empty tray conveyor. Workpieces are transported on tooling pallets along the line, while empty pallets automatically return through the dedicated conveyor. This design minimizes manual handling, cuts labor cost and boosts overall productivity.
