When chassis enters the station, the barcode scanner reads product information for traceability. Vision-guided robots accurately grab and fit mainboards and other components. Servo electric screwdrivers perform automatic screw locking with precise torque control. After assembly, the built-in test station carries out performance inspection of finished chassis. All production data is recorded in real time. The whole line can be customized according to different chassis specifications and production capacity. It greatly reduces manual operations, avoids assembly deviation and human errors, and ensures stable product quality for server chassis manufacturing.
