Vertical Warehouse

It adopts a box-type double-column structure combined with upper and lower cross beams, featuring high overall rigidity and stable operation, suitable for stable lifting of 300kg heavy-load server carriers.

It integrates three-axis servo control for traveling, lifting and fork extension, with positioning accuracy of ±5mm, meeting the high speed storage and retrieval requirements of vertical warehouses.

Equipped with speed limiter, chain breakage protection, safety caliper and maintenance bolt, multiple anti-fall mechanisms are provided to guarantee equipment and personal safety. 

Telescopic forks cooperate with multiple detection sensors to automatically detect empty/occupied storage slots and cargo height during double-storage entry, eliminating abnormal storage and retrieval operations. 

The top overhead rail plus ground single rail provides precise guidance for smooth running and reliable positioning, ideal for high-density storage scenarios of vertical warehouses. 

Three operation modes are available: fully automatic, semi automatic and manual. Supported by infrared communication and barcode positioning, its data can interface with WCS/MES to realize closed-loop traceability.
