Client K Server Production Line

The server production line consists of assembly line, test line, repair line, packaging line, burn-in area with test racks and clean room.

Assembly Line: Complete assembly, screw fastening and component installation of server units and parts, turning separate components into finished server units.

Test Line: Perform power-on, functional and performance automated tests on assembled servers to identify defective units.

Repair Line: Carry out fault diagnosis, disassembly and rework for failed servers detected in testing. Repaired units will be sent back for retest after qualification.

Packaging Line: For qualified servers, complete labeling, bagging, carton packing and sealing for finished goods.

Burn-in Area with Test Racks: Equipped with test fixtures, servers run under power for extended burn-in cycles to simulate real operating conditions and uncover latent defects in advance.

Clean Room: A controlled clean manufacturing space with regulated dust concentration, temperature and humidity, to prevent contamination of server motherboards and precision electronic components.
